Ten various items of small silver
The Netherlands and England, 18th and 19th century
Including two various pipe scrapers, surmounted by a horse. One corkscrew, maker’s mark Abraham Christiaan Hagen, Amsterdam 1815 – 1846. One miniature fork and spoon, the handle terminating in a ‘pied de biche’. Two various forks, one Amsterdam, Adriaan Koekebakker, circa 1800, the other also Amsterdam, Frans Morellon la Cave 1777. One spoon with fig-shaped bowl. One coin box (containing 15 ‘bezemstuivertjes’ and 5 ‘stuivertjes’ Willem I) and one cachet with twisted wooden grip, the stamp with an engraved Tudor rose.
