Note:
Before the war, Roland Brice was a student of Fernand Léger, the famous French artist who worked in various mediums. Brice began working with ceramics in 1949, and between 1951 and 1955, he collaborated with his former teacher Léger, in the small village of Biot, which is located in the Alpes Maritimes (AM). Léger would create the designs, paintings, colours, and forms, which were then executed by Brice.
