A very large Flemish lanternclock
Circa 1600
Brass case with going train, striking train and alarm. On the left door an engraved depiction of Saint Michael with the flaming sword, on the right door the depiction of Saint Gregorius with lance and dragon’s head. In the 17th century the clock was given an engraved dial in England. Six weights.
