A silver gilt Rococo ciborium
Amsterdam, 1770, Nicolaas van Diemen
The goblet composed of four parts and with lid. The curved foot with six facets set with cartouches with acanthus leaves. The central part with knop, acanthus- and flower motif. The smooth cuppa placed in an openwork holder with shell-, cartouche- and flower motif. The lid surmounted by two angels supporting a crown.
First grade silver, gross approx. weight 1970.7 grams
