A small porcelain milk jug
Second half 18th century, possibly Chantilly or Chelsea, with Dutch decoration, polychromed on a white ground
Pear-shaped with V-shaped spout. Curved handle terminating in scrolls. Circular lid with fruit-shaped knob. Under the spout a cartouche with a depiction of a lady and a gentleman and tree by a water’s edge.
