Austro-Hungary, late 17th century, marked, Germany, dated 1791, marked with monogram in purple and Germany, 18th century, faience and tin
The jug octagonal with a polychromed depiction of a boar hunt and a pair of sheep. Tin screw cap with oval grip in the form of two snakes. The second a ‘Walzenkrug’, decorated with a polychrome flower motif, gates and columns. Tin lid with inscription JGS 1791. An acorn as thumbrest. The last with floral decoration in blue. Also with tin lid.
