An altar chest and a painted Bumpa
Mongolia, 20th century and 19th/20th century
Wooden Bumpa, holy water pot sprouting a tree with a small recess with a small figure of the Bodhisattva Amitayus. The chest made to house figurines, probably from a small house altar of a nomadic family living in a (Yurt) tent.
