A platinum, diamond and blue sapphire cluster ring

The ring centered by a cushion-cut sapphire within old-cut diamond border, the band with foliate-shaped diamond set motif, the mount openworked, accompanied by a GRS certificate stating that the sapphire is of natural blue colour, weighing 11,37 ct, originated Sri Lanka and has no indication of thermal heat treatment, numbered GRS2017-051553 and dated 11-5-2017.
