A German silver Historismus chalice and cover
Hanau, circa 1900, stamped ‘800’
Standing on a domed base with knobbed stem, the cup applied with winged female figures, further chased with flowers surrounding a vacant cartouche flanked by cupids, the finial shaped as an eagle clasping a vacant shield.
