Note:
Romero Britto, a prominent artist in the realm of Pop Art, is widely admired and popular for his ability to bring smiles to people's faces through his artwork. Despite his humble upbringing in poverty-stricken Recife, Brazil, Britto's creations transport viewers into a whimsical realm, inhabited by child-like creatures and vibrant, uplifting colours. He believes that since life inevitably moves towards its conclusion, it is essential to infuse our lives with hues of hope and vitality. Britto's captivating paintings, graphics, and sculptures grace the halls of esteemed art galleries around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art and the Guggenheim in New York. His circle of friends and collectors includes influential figures such as the Kennedys, Rothschild, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steffi Graf, and Elton John.

To celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2009, Bentley Motors collaborated with Britto to paint the first concept car of its kind ever to be designed, a Bentley Continental GT prototype. The actual “Britto-Bentley”, as depicted by the artist in this painting, was later sold at a charity auction.
