Late Edo period
The black laquered shrine with two doors hiding a gilded wooden figure of the Buddha Sakyamuni standing on a throne, his right hand in vitrarkamudra, his left hand in varadamudra. Dressed in monk's garment, the face with serene expression, backed by a nimbus.
