A heart shaped Belle Epoque pendant with sapphire and diamond
Openwork hart set with carré cut sapphires, in calibré setting, containing seven suspended links, set with seven brilliant cut diamonds, old cut, and fifteen smaller diamonds of various cut, the eyelet with three diamonds, approx. weight 8.9 grams.
