Note:
Corneille often devoted attention to music in his work. He honored his favorite operas, composers, and instruments in his works. In 1988, Corneille created this series of five screenprints dedicated to renowned composers: Mozart, Beethoven, Mahler, Stravinsky, and Tchaikovsky on the occasion of the centenary of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
